Meet Donna Rose Henderson…
Founder/Owner
The Natural Enhancement Clinic was established in 2015, 2 years after leaving my job in social work, my aim at that time was to find and complete training within the Cosmetic Make Up world. It was something that fascinated me, how can you create something so beautiful, enhance features, and at the same time make women happy and more confident about themselves, just by using some pigment and a needle. I did some research , and the more I researched the industry, the more it made me realise I had a passion about skin as well as micropigmentation.
Unfortunately, a short time after planning this new adventure, I had to take some time out to be with my family, my husband was diagnosed with cancer late December 2013 and my mum with terminal cancer in 2014. My husband fought It and made a full recovery, but mum sadly passed away in 2015 after putting up an amazing fight. During the time I cared for my mum we discussed how Important It was for me to follow my dreams and open a clinic offering cosmetic make up and skincare treatments. My mum’s words still stick with me to this day “Just Go For It”, words that drive me today as much as they did back then.
So I went for It, and completed the required training. I absolutely loved it, I just knew I had made the right decision. Not long after the training, and as my love grew for the industry, I founded The Natural Enhancement Clinic!
Along the way I have completed a variety of training in advanced treatments and procedures.
I have been lucky enough to build a strong client base over the years, covering all professional treatments. I am very passionate about my work and aim to give my clients a professional experience from start to finish.

Meet Eryn…
Advanced Skin Therapist
My initial career started at the age of 12 working with Donna on Saturdays as a hobby. From doing so, I grew a huge love for the industry and the constant demand for new treatments!
When I left school in 2020 – I started my apprenticeship & full time work at The Clinic.
Since then, I have completed my apprenticeship and gained a further qualification in Level 3 Facial Electrotherapy. Qualified in dermaplane, advanced facials and brow treatments. I aim to further my training to Level 4 & 5 with a great interest in completing a microblading course too. Over the time working in the clinic, I have been welcomed by all of our clients and have gained the experience, confidence and desire to further my career in this industry.
Now, having built my own client base, I am providing advanced treatments and always look forward to new clients coming in.
My favourite skin treatment would most definitely be our Dermaplane with Vitamin Skin Infusion, a treatment suitable for all skin types and ages which promotes skin cell turnover and maximum hydration.
The best thing about my job is seeing a client through their skin journey, clients approach us with their skin concerns and together we create a bespoke treatment plan for them!. From the moment they start their treatment to when they walk out the door, we offer our support, aftercare and advice.
Self love and self care are 2 of the main attributes we talk about within the clinic. During this whole process we really get to know our clients, turning from clients to friends.
